What Is the Process for Same-Day Implant Dentures?

In this video, Remi Berube, DD, explains how same-day implant dentures work and what determines whether your existing denture can be stabilized in a single visit.

For our same-day implant dentures, the process is straightforward, especially if you already have an existing denture and want it stabilized with implants. We start by taking a CT scan to confirm that you have enough bone density for mini implants. If everything looks good, we can place a few implants and connect them to your current denture the same day, as long as the denture is suitable for conversion.
If your existing denture isn’t a good fit for implant attachment, we’ll discuss making a new denture that can properly lock onto the implants. Either way, the implant placement and denture fitting can typically be done in a single visit.
