In this video, Remi Berube, DD explains the denture process, from your initial consultation and extractions to immediate dentures and long-term implant-supported options designed for comfort, stability, and confidence.
When you’re exploring denture options, the process starts with your first appointment. Many of our patients have all of their procedures done here, from extractions to their final dentures.
At your consultation, we perform a full evaluation to figure out the right direction. Our first question is whether your natural teeth can still be saved or whether it’s time to remove them. If extractions are needed, we schedule that first.
From there, you have several denture options. We offer tiered choices, starting with immediate dentures, which are tissue-supported and placed the same day your teeth are removed. After you’ve healed, you can stay with a traditional tissue-supported denture or move into a final restoration that includes implants for added stability.
If you’d like to review these options in detail, the front desk can set up a consultation for you.

When people search for dental implant costs in 2026, the first instinct is often to brace for a number that feels out of reach. And for good reason. Today, the discussion around dental implant cost looks different from what it once [...]
If you were trying to understand your denture options, wouldn’t you want to hear from people who have spent years studying how they should fit, feel, function, and hold up over time? At Big Sky Dentures & Implants in Missoula, MT, that kind of knowledge comes from daily hands-on work, not vague promises. Dr. Jack Booth brings a strong [...]
We offer payment plans for dental implants because we see how much they can improve daily life for patients dealing with tooth loss. A dental implant is a small titanium post that we place into the jawbone, right where the tooth root once sat. Each time you bite or chew, your natural tooth root transfers pressure into the surrounding [...]
A dental emergency can leave you feeling unprepared, especially when something you rely on daily stops working properly. A shifting, rubbing, or ill-fitting denture can disrupt your routine and leave you wondering how long you’ll go without a solution. We offer same-day denture relines and repairs so your smile feels stable and comfortable every day. We bring the same care [...]
Atrophy refers to the gradual loss of bone over time. In the jaw, that change directly influences how we plan treatment, including when we recommend a dental bone graft. As the bone structure shifts, the level of support available to teeth or implants can change. You may start to notice these changes as they develop. Gums can recede, making [...]
At Big Sky Dentures & Implants, we pay close attention to what happens around your implant, not just the implant itself. Teeth grinding introduces a level of force that can work against the foundation we place. Natural teeth have a slight cushion from surrounding ligaments. A dental implant connects directly to the jawbone. Every clench or grind exerts pressure [...]
